What information do we collect about you
When submitting a quote request, ordering service or registering on our customer account, you will be asked to enter the following personal information:

Nickytravel LTD is a safe and secure online environment. Our system is configured with data encryption and industry-standard firewalls. When you send personal information to “chauffeurservices.eu” over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission.
Our SSL solution verifies our identity to your browser and encrypts any data you give us when you buy, including financial information such as credit card numbers. Our SSL certificate encryption level is 128-bit/256-bit. Whenever we ask for financial information, you can check that SSL is being used by looking for a closed padlock symbol or other trust mark in your browser URL bar or toolbar.
We take the following measures to protect your financial information:
We keep your financial information encrypted on the servers of PayPal or other reputable payment service providers.
Access to your information is restricted to authorized staff only.
If we request from your financial information, we shall show partial detail e.g. the first four or the last four digits of the credit card numbers, only enough to identify the card to which we refer.

Retention period for personal information

When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you place a quote request by completing our price inquiry form, an order for service, enter information on our websites or create Nickytravel LTD customer account.

Nickytravel LTD user account: If you register or log in to Nickytravel LTD user accounts, upon your request, to check your service information, service history and payment transactions, your service data and your user profile may be viewed by the administrators as well as by those service arrangers who book the service on your behalf. No other employees may view your user profile or service information.
Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Nickytravel LTD Privacy Policies (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).

We use a third-party, industry-accepted Payment Gateway to securely process credit/debit card transactions. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Where is your personal information stored?
The personal information that we collect from you as a data processor is stored inside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) on ISO 27001 accredited hosting services. As a data processor, all the customer information provided by you is stored inside the EEA on secure password encrypted servers. Should your personal information be processed by any of our GDPR-compliant service providers, in order to fulfill our services to you, that are based outside of the EEA – your information and the transfer is protected under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework.
How to access and control your information
Upon request, you will receive information about your personal information stored free of charge.
Furthermore, you have the right to access and update, delete or, if incorrect, to correct, your personal information.

How you can complain
• If a dispute is not settled then we hope you will agree to attempt to resolve it by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation or arbitration.

We use that information to resolve your complaint.
If your complaint reasonably requires us to contact some other person, we may decide to give to that other person some of the information contained in your complaint. We do this as infrequently as possible, but it is a matter for our sole discretion as to whether we do give information, and if we do, what that information is.
We may also compile statistics showing information obtained from this source to assess the level of service we provide, but not in a way that could identify you or any other person.
Disputes will normally be settled by mutually beneficial discussions between Nickytravel LTD and you. If the matter in dispute cannot be resolved and it becomes a legal dispute, then this will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Local/District Court of Bulgaria.
To assist in combating fraud, we share information with credit reference agencies, so far as it relates to clients or customers who instruct their credit card issuer to cancel payment to us without having first provided an acceptable reason to us and given us the opportunity to refund their money.
